Hi, thank you for contacting us. We have some issues with languages on our server side atm that we are working on. Some russian websites with Cunjo on display proper titles, some don’t so we need to properly investigate and fix the issues.

About cunjo link under description, that is the short link automatically assigned to your page. If you click on it you will see it leads you to your current page, not to cunjo’s website. The sharing buttons have the same type of short links. This is so we can track for you who is visiting your website from social channels from what other visitors shared.

You can deactivate shortlinks from your Social Analytics account > Account Settings and switch the Click tracking status to OFF, however we recomend leaving it on to have in-dept 360degree social statistics about your website.

You can access your Social Analytics account from your wp-admin area or by visiting https://cunjo.com/social-analytics/platform/

    Best regards,

Hi bluesteele, thank you for contacting us.

Atm the plugin is not compatible with multisite. We are working on an addon to make it compatible.

When ready the multisite addon will appear in your Cunjo Widget Library wp-admin page under

    Extra

    category.

    Best regards.

Ok, thank you for your thorough response. I think something might-of gone wrong on the activation action. We have quite consistent execution on the wp register_activation_hook(). There are now 11 widgets(layouts) in the core cunjo plugin, and each widget has about 25-30 individual settings (channels, design options, visibility) and each of these individual settings are saved as a row in you db. So the process takes a little bit as how you might of noticed while installing it. The second time you update/activate the plugin it only checks if there are settings transported in register_activation_hook() that do not already exist in your db and adds them. So it is a posibility the second activation fixed the issue.

We have tested the activation on 2 type of servers (low-end/high-end). It never failed to complete the activation actions involved. But as you might know in today’s world you have to be bold to state that you have the perfect script/plugin/widget/theme. To many variables to take in account.

But we are working constantly in developing this and improving every bit reported by our users. So again, thank you for your feedback.

Please, do let me know if the issue appears again.

    Best regards,

Hi, better deactivate it until we have a propper wpmu version because the way you are using it right now is like having the plugin multiple times on your hosting. So until we build a solution for wpmu better use the embedded version (https://share.cunjo.com/widgets/bars/). If you need, I can help you out with that. I can tell you where to place the code as to appear on all your wpmu blogs.

Waiting for your reply, best regards.

Thank you svehex for reporting this. That is a good point. We built the plugin with single wp installation in mind. We will soon change it to support wp multi websites.

Keep an eye on the updates. Best regards and again, thank you.

hi, what widget do you used that caused this issue for your website?

Hi Will, thank you for your amazing feedback and bug report.
    Straight to the point:
About widgets loading speeds, we are aware that is still an issue. So far we did a lot of improvement in our code to minimize these times. Prior version 2 we had something similar to other services that stream bookmarking tools from their servers (sharethis, addthis), like 10 predefined widget designs (bars & buttons) and loading times were quite good. With version 2 came extend-ability and because the widgets are now a lot more flexible and you can design some unique social widgets for your website, a lot more parameters are sent to our servers to process + now with each page loading we do 2 database queries to check your ID and to see what features you have enabled (ie short urls). So these things made the execution time increase. In terms of coding conduit and db optimization we did it the right way (there is always room for better). Now we are looking into turbo charging our servers to further decrease the execution times.

    About Social Analytics:
    1) The Social Analytics feature is actually an extensive platform built on our servers (you can also login to your Social Analytics account here: https://cunjo.com/social-analytics/platform/).
It would not be fit to integrate it in to our wp plugin because it’s complexity, so the Social Analytics page in your wp-admin is an iFrame with our website as source.
Second, because your analytics account holds information about your website social traffic, and because you have some settings management in your account we cannot make it so you only use your Cunjo ID to gain access since your Cunjo ID is present in your pages source code (anyone who can debug/inspect the page html source can view your Cunjo ID, similar to Google analytics embedding code).

    2) We will do some thorough inquiries and testing into this matter tomorrow (3 AM here now, London time), as we received few other similar bug reports in the past 48hours. I personally am able to login to some test accounts but we will do a propper investigation. Meanwhile you can also try to login to your account on the above give link (point 1) and see if that works.

Again, thank you for your feedback and bug report, we appreciate it, we are a user driven service and we like to hear from you what we do wrong and right. I will notify you here about the outcome/fixes of the Social Analytics login functions.

Best regards and you have millions of social signals,

Hi, thank you for contacting us. What exactly do you mean by “when I go to my wordpress theme and try to login, it doesnt recognize my account.”. When you try to loggin to your wp-admin or to the Social Analytics account that comes with our plugin?

Also please view the tutorials on the Start page of Cunjo plugin (I know they are a little bit outdated, we are working on new ones. But you should get a good idea on how to work with Cunjo plugin and services)

You can also send us an email at [email protected] with some details about your issue so we can try to help you out.

    Best regards,

    Cunjo team.

Hi, thank you for contacting us. Please visit Widgets Library tab under Cunjo button in your wp-admin menu. You will see a selection of widgets to choose from. You can activate the ones that you like. And you can customize them by clicking on Widget settings button on the far bottom left on each widget box.

    Hope this helps. Best regards.
