HI @red Sand Media Group – thank you for your reply and clarification. I guess how it was worded was confusing to me. I’m obviously NOT an experienced CF7 user! ??

So, to confirm, I can still specify a .xls or .csv file type and that will work? It’s just saying that if I don’t specify, it won’t accept that type by default? I thought it was providing a list of acceptable file types that you could specify if you want.

Thank you for your reply, Takayuki, but I think you didn’t read my message closely enough. I have seen that article, but my question is about uploading an excel or csv file, which is not reference in that article. I’m looking for a way to allow that kind fo file upload. Thank you!

Thanks Takayuki – that’s good to know for the future. I finally found the page, but just to clarify, I was looking for a way to reverse engineer a form that’s already up, to figure out where on the site people are finding it and filling it out.

I’m having a related issue in that I tried to set up a redirect for an old PDF hosted on our client’s site to a NEW updated PDF that’s been added. I tried it both with and without the root domain. Cleared the cache and still does not work. What am i missing? Thank you!

Thank you for your reply – I thought I got email support but I guess I didn’t see that link. I will use it next time.

1) Thanks – the list finally updated. I will see about going in and updating the cache time.

2) Ok, I’ll check and make sure we’re using !important;

3) Thanks for letting me know, I’m pretty happy with our other popup, popup ally and use many of Nathalies other products so probably won’t switch any time soon. But if I need an alternative, I’ll keep it in mind.

Thanks for the captcha info as well. I’ll see if any besides those two strange ones pop up and if so, I’ll implement that- I also thought maybe they were some kind of auto-test that the plugin runs when the forms are set up.
