Hi, sorry I mean scroll down and then try scrolling horizontally around the description, you’ll see the page can scroll horizontally. As soon as I disable the Yith Request a Quote plugin the horizontal scrolling on product pages goes away.

I can still see the issue, if you scroll down to the description you will see the page is vertically scrollable.

Trying to vertically scroll over the phone won’t show the issue.

My apologies I mean “403 Forbidden”. I got on the same page no matter what I did.

I disabled the firewall. Disabled the plugin. Installed the plugin on the subdomain and then disabled the firewall. I disabled the plugin on the subdomain.

I recreated the 403 error multiple times and checked the live traffic log every time and nothing changed. I got the same message every time from Wordfence.

“A potentially unsafe operation has been detected in your request to this site”

I uploaded an older version of that exact same plugin and I did not get the error and was able to upload the plugin. I’m guessing it’s connected to that version of the plugin.

I recently granted access to the .htaccess file again by reverting that setting in WordPress Toolkit, but the firewall is still not optimised. I have manually optimised the firewall and that did not work either.

What other resources does Wordfence need access to for Wordfence to function as intended?
