I’m using the free version of your plugin and I’m having exactly the same problem.
My “Contact box” is enabled but the message field is deactivated and I can’t even select it.
I have used the free version before and it was possible to change this message.
Hope you can review this, it is annoying for the user to open WhatsUp with the message “Hello! I’m testing the Social Chat plugin?https://quadlayers.com/landing/whatsapp-chat/?utm_source=qlwapp_admin&#8221”

I followed your advice but there are still some messages I couldn’t change.
In my case, the user has to log in with his ID number. So I need to change the word “password” for “ID number” in all ERROR messages. When I try to find some of them with Loco Translate I just don’t find those sentences…
For example this line:

• Error: la contrase?a que has introducido para la dirección de correo electrónico [email protected] no es correcta. ?Has olvidado tu contrase?a?

Could you help me, please?

I reinstalled the plugin, and had to set everything again. Until last Friday the plugin was working, now the WhatsApp bubble disappeared from the front end.
I’ve checked everything again and it looked fine, don’t know what is going on now.

When I export my entries in CSV some of the fields are empty. Don’t understand the logic of it, some of them are checkboxes other are input fields…

I’m having exactly the same problem. I added about 6 options, saved changes, then when I check the form again, only 3 selection options are available.
The same happened to me like 3 weeks ago in another site.
I’m not using any translation plugin, but my site is in Spanish.

Must be a plugin bug.
