Yes, same here, not useful answer.
@stuartduff answer does not help most of the people. They should swap buttons as many people have alraedy requested or make much easier to do it.
They should listen customers a little bit

If I follow your steps, I see that I have 3 strings to translate

– Enable attachment of pictures and videos on aggregated review forms. Uploaded media files are stored on Amazon S3 and delivered using Amazon CloudFront CDN. Storage is free and sponsored by premium licenses. This option applies only to aggregated review forms. If you would like to enable attachment of pictures to reviews submitted on WooCommerce product pages, this can be done here.

There′s nothing to translate related to the “email body” , “email heading etc”, “email subject” etc…Is that right?

Yes, the idea is to be able to send email notifications (or whatever options available you have in your plugin) in the 2 languages that I have on my site. Also, to be able to create and send templates in the 2 languages etc.

It seems to work fine.
Only one thing, the text is not well displayed on the button that is on the email that people receive to leave the review. Maybe because I told you 2 words when I sent you the translation. So I think that to solve this problem is better to display only 1 word on the button. So then:

– For French, the text on the button should be “Avis”
– For Spanish, the text on the button should be “Opinión”

Thanks for your reply but I have 2 questions:

1 – I have tested to receive the email with the option “Send Test”, and I receive the email fine, in the correct language (french or spanish), but when I click the button review to leave a review, a form opens and it is in English. IS it in English because it′s a test? The languages of my website are French and Spanish so I′d need to have the form in French or Spanish…..IS this possible?

2 – Once the customer leaves a review through your plugin system, will this review go to the “comments” area of the WordPress backend? It′s here where I have all my reviews at the moment.

I should write the “email body” in the Review Reminder tab in one language, and then, if I have a purchase from a different language, the email reminder will be sent translated into the other language via qTranslate-X plugin?
