    I played around with the UI a bit more. Interestingly enough, I placed a hold on a few items under one of the dummy patrons. The List Holds works perfectly fine as I do see items being listed. For some odd reason, I can’t seem to get the same results for the Checked Out Items. Not sure if this helps in finding a solution or not, but interesting nonetheless.

    Also worth noting that when I go to the Check In function, I do see the barcode search box, the corresponding buttons: Check in Item and Back to Main Circulation. Beneath that, I see the appropriate columns; however, rather than the fields being populated, I get ‘No items found’–even though I have multiple items checked out.

    The text on the top is a notification for a theme template–unrelated to Web Librarian.

    MySQL is running on version 5.6.32.
    PHP is version 5.4.43.

    O/S is Linux.
