In reply to: Your plugin totally rocks!

Counterizeii removed the IP tracking function because of its illegality in some countries. (SPLUGH!). I then reverted to the previous version. Soon, mysterious things were happening like errors appearing above my blog header for all of the public to see.

I searched the plugins and came across Wassup. It installed. It shows user search engine queries. It has very detailed information. This may be the best stat plugin so far!

The size of this plugin is huge. That worries me a little bit, as previously, large plugins such as Google XML Sitemaps, slowed down the blog response. As I start using this plugin, though, the site still responds instantly. Let’s see what happens when the database grows.

    Thank you!

How come when I search this site for ‘permalink “read more” ads’ I come up empty-handed? The “more” suffic on the url meant my ads would not display.

By the way, if you read this and there is an easy way to make sure ads from post pages also show up on post pages with non-standard permalinks, such as “more”, tell me how to do it.

Alas, I’m happy to use this plugin, because logically, why should a post show “more” in the url? If there is a tracking method, one could track readers who came from the blog homepage, rather than from a search engine directly to the post. That is all I can think of, and it doesn’t seem worthwhile.

    Thank you again!
