Currently my host is OVH Cloud and they have sent me the specs for my ohosting serveur, which I have compared with customizr specs and currently I cannot see where the problem comes from! You will find the values I have found below :

Regarding your suggestion : “To figure what the exact issue is, you have to check web server logs from your hosting provider, which will point you to error in scripts or in PHP itself”
I don’t know how to check web server logs from my hosting provider ! Can you help with this?

I’ve also seen on various support forums that it could come from an issue with serveur cache. FYI I did not take the DCN cache option as for the moment the project doesn’t have an international reach.

I’ve also read that changing the hosting source environment from production to development could help but I don’t know how to upload the modified file back to the root of my storage space.
