I’m not entirely sure what this is, to be honest with you. I’ve looked at the transients that you claim are not clearable, but these seem to be something from WordPress core as they can be found on other themes as well.

I’m sorry to say that we don’t have a feature right now to change the heading tag of that section. But I’ve added it to our to-do list for our developers to consider.
