Have you tried deactivating your plugins first to see if it may be a problem with one of the plugins? We’ve seen a few cases where errors would be received due to outdated plugins that were on the site, as the latest 6.7 WordPress update has caught a few developers off guard, unfortunately.

What seems to be the exact problem? Are you receiving an error, or something else?

At the same time, have you attempted this workflow from a different browser? We’ve seen a lot of cases over the past few days that were actually broken due to the browser having something bad cached in it.

Please get back to us with more details, including screenshots and/or video recordings so that we can easily diagnose this.

However, from what you have provided, I don’t think this issue is related to our software at all. You’re running a different theme and these forums are strictly here for the Blocksy theme.

Unfortunately you haven’t provided too many details about this. So far, we haven’t had any reports of the site “not working” with the latest WooCommerce version.

While there is a template message, that does not affect any part of the site at all.

Do you think you could provide more details about this, as well as a valid live URL? ??
