Hi, good morning,
Now, after the tip given by @gelieys, everything seems to be working fine, no issues at all ??
Thanks for the support.
Best regards.
Hi @gelieys,
I set the value of ‘Number of Years to pick from’ to 90 years (is more than enough even for the older members).
I kept ‘Displayed Date Format’ as ‘Show full date’.
I kept ‘Visibility’ with ‘Edit mode only’ so that it is only visible in the ‘Member Profile’ form. Not all members want to show their birth date.
I think the problem must be in the ‘Years Selection’ field selector which was ‘Equal years before / after today’. When I changed it to ‘Only years before’ the error stopped. In fact, it doesn’t really make any sense to set a field of type ‘birth_date’ to a future date.
Once again, thank you very much for your collaboration, it was essential to point me in the right direction of the solution.
Best Regards,Hi @gelieys,
I’ll try as you suggest, later I’ll let you know if it worked.
Thanks for your collaboration. Have a nice weekend.Good afternoon @gelieys,
Thanks for the answer.
These two links point to screenshots of this error.I’ve already cleared the cache but the error still persists, users can’t set the birth date different from the current date plus five years. Right now I’m working around the problem by directly accessing the ‘wp_usermeta’ table and correcting the birth date to the correct value.
This error was only detected for about two weeks, before that it was working correctly.Any idea?
