In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Matomo Integration – 0 Action LogsHi Jarno,
thanks for the info! As the default Matomo tracking code is listed as one of the three ways to use Matomo with Complianz on your website, I suppose there wouldn’t be a downside to have it implemented that way as opposed to have it implemented through Complianz? Provided we add the classes detailed here: https://complianz.io/configuring-matomo-for-wordpress-with-complianz/
Thanks & all the best,

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Matomo Integration – 0 Action LogsHi Jarno,
thank you! There wouldn’t be a way to manually add this though, I assume? _paq.push([‘FormAnalytics::disableFormAnalytics’]);
As disabling form analytics was another suggested step to take when experiencing the 0 action hits.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Matomo Integration – 0 Action LogsHi Jarno,
thanks a lot for your reply! It already helps to know that the issue is then unlikely to stem from the Complianz implementation. Since the Matomo help article mentions websites with high traffic being affected, I assume that maybe as you say the website’s non-ideal optimization/low performance could be the issue.
Maybe one more question – through the Complianz implementation, I assume it’s not possible to manually add onto the Matomo tracking code? Their suggestion is to add _paq.push([‘trackPageView’]); to the tracker.
Thanks & all the best,

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Cookie Policy – MultilanguageHi Aert,
thanks a lot for looking into the issue!
Unfortunately, this didn’t change things either – I tried both deleting this specific string as well as changing the language.
As for changes, we’ve only ever been using Elementor as a page builder, so nothing has changed in that regard. Curiously, on our staging site, it still works and we’re on version 5.3.0.1 on both systems.
Would this issue better be directed to WPML support?
Edit: Otherwise, I guess we can just manually implement the translations via String Translation…
Thanks & all the best,

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Cookie Policy – MultilanguageHi Jarno,
thank you very much for the quick answer!
Unfortunately, it’s still in English after replacing those files. I’ve also tried to update the translations again afterwards and deleted / created the Spanish policy page anew.
Does maybe the fact that part of the date in the first sentence is curiously in Spanish provide any clue?
Thanks & all the best,

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Cookie Policy – MultilanguageHi Jarno,
thank you for your reply!
I’ve updated the translations through the dashboard, but unfortunately, the page is still in English.
Is there anything else I could possibly try?

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Cookie Policy – LanguageHi,
thanks for the reply!
For now, I guess I’ll just manually override the Spanish text with English then.
FYI, I’ve reinstated password protection for our site again, as it’s not launched yet.
Let me know if you need access to it again. Thanks!

would you have any suggestions as to how to resolve this issue for us?
Thank you!
All the best,
ChristinaHi,
thanks for the quick reply! We’re planning on getting the pro version anyway, but just to be sure before purchasing: So the pro version has the option to force a default zoom?

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Cookie Policy – LanguageHi,
sorry for the late reply to this – I tried syncing with English on again, but not much changed, except that it now says “Statistics” alongside “Estadisticas”:

https://ibb.co/tK9N7jbHere’s the URL to the cookie policy: https://boost.hearring.com/cookie-policy-eu/
Thank you!

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Cookie Policy – LanguageHi,
thank you for your reply!
I’ve synced and now it displays “Statistics” in addition to Spanish, but I guess this could be due to those cookies not being included in the cookie database?
Should I just manually override the Spanish text for now until maybe later on they’ll be included?

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Google AnalyticsHi,
thank you so much for the help! Especially since it wasn’t even the plugin that caused the problem.
Changing the security policy now fixed it.
All the best,
