When I created a 0 priced product, the “Proceed to Checkout” button was not there on the cart screen.

The product is $49.99 and their coupon store credit code is for $49.99 from an exchange they had from a previous order.

When it gives an error for alternate payment method, that is only when an order is free.

On the other issue of location payment method, they are using a MasterCard and are in Canada. We have payments allowed from all countries.

Also, I have a different customer that is trying to order and it says, “Sorry it seems that there are no available payment methods for your location. please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

I upgraded to WooCommerce version 2.4.12 and WordPress 4.4, and then all orders receive the error “An error occurred, please try again or try an alternate form of payment.” I am also using the WooThemes PayPal Express plugin as well for checkout.

After reverting back versions, it is an incompatibility with WordPress 4.4, please advise.

I have a 2 GB RAM plan, and it uses almost all of it. My cPanel shows it’s in the red.

Well, I talked to PayPal and they suggested we use ‘PayPal for WooCommerce’ since it was by one of their authorized developers. We had been having issues with PayPal Standard through WooCommerce and receiving about a 40% pending rate, no matter what changes were made. What changes would need to be made in order to get the IPN to ping my store? We had been receiving orders perfectly until 2.4.5 and around that time or shortly after then, is when we had several orders come through as ‘by Guest’ pending and no transaction clearing; or ‘by Guest’ or by a person’s name and we receive the money in PayPal yet the order never turns into Processing.

I will send you my paypal express log to see if there is anything wrong with it.

we do have successful orders. we believe it is not a spammer because we can duplicate it. all we have to do is go to checkout, then use the debit/credit button, and once clicked it stamps into our woo screen.

The orders look legitimate. For some reason abandoned transactions are now showing as guest pendings in our woocommerce screen, suddenly after a month of successful use of the paypal express option. We believe, but do not know for sure, but have noted that the order # generated in/by woocommerce that is in our order screens, is somehow getting altered between us and paypal…for example, our order #7854 got changed to #11429 in paypal’s records. All of the problems are confirmed to be when people are paying with debit or credit aka guest.

Is there a way to change the URL that the Proceed to Checkout button goes to, to go to the Express Checkout page? I know it sounds redundant for multiple buttons on the same page going to the same place, but the people I am dealing with are easily confused.

Isolating only one country to be able to use multiple packages options is what I’m looking for.
