This kind of problem may be caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. But before trying to determine this, I recommend you to clear your browser cache/cookies and try to add the keys again.
If that doesn’t help, the best way to determine this is to:
- To begin, please make sure that your theme and all plugins are up to date.
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Stripe
- Temporarily switch your theme to?Storefront
- Try to add the Keys again
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.T o figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict.

Checking your site, I can see that all sizes are listed in the inventory page:

What would be the difference between this page and the “Size” page that you are trying to create?

Because this is the support for the WooCommerce plugin, you might not receive the best responses. Please create a thread over in the Stripe forum here:

In the meantime, I would recommend you to select the tab and confirm what site is connected. The WooCommerce Payments tab, seems to be related to the WooCommerce Payments plugin.

As a first step, to get a better understanding of your setup, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status?
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Also, can you send us your site’s logs? To find the generated logs, go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs. In the top right corner, open the drop-down and select the latest fatal error log, then click view to load it. Copy/paste the log into your response on this thread.
