Is there another version I could use in the meantime? This has been happening for the past month or so, and I see from prior threads that it happened at least a year ago. Please help. Thank you.

In reply to: Content Recommendation NOT pulling "Featured Image" as thumbnailThat’s very discouraging that I spent an entire day going back and forth and now I’m told this is the wrong thread. I stated from the very beginning this is a Zemanta issue and nothing was said. Why not?

In reply to: Content Recommendation NOT pulling "Featured Image" as thumbnailThis happens with the plugin Editorial Assistant by Zemanta. It is not a theme problem.
I’ve seen in a few other (closed) WordPress forums where you’ve previously helped others with issues of exactly this kind with the same plugin.
Can you see it from the link I provided?

In reply to: Content Recommendation NOT pulling "Featured Image" as thumbnailI have no clue how to figure that out. My webmaster is trying to figure it out, but I don’t know if she can. Can you tell me from my description above why this is happening? I saw on other threads there were problems with this updated version of Editorial Assistant by Zemanta.

In reply to: Content Recommendation NOT pulling "Featured Image" as thumbnailI’ve tried it all. Won’t allow me to left or right click. I am using a MacBook if that makes a difference. When I try to left or right click it makes a computer sound that means you’re not allowed to copy the image.

In reply to: Content Recommendation NOT pulling "Featured Image" as thumbnailI saved it to my desktop and don’t understand how to upload it to snaggy.
One more thing: When someone asks me for the # of Unique Visitors I have, will that mean that the # Google Analytics gives me will not include those 2 days where my readership increased? I assume not…
Ah, got it! Lesson learned.
Thanks so much for staying with me to help, Alin. I sincerely appreciate it!
True, she disabled Google Analytics as she likes Jetpack. I like Google Analytics so I added it in yesterday (went thru the authentication) yet I know I saw stats from GA. Am I crazy? Anyway, do you think that’s the answer?
No, they are not. They were there yesterday. I had a popular article that brought up my numbers tremendously. Today Sept 5 – 10 it now says “0” visitors!
Thank you, Alin Marcu. I did that.
The stats end at September 4 and pick up today. Any idea why and what I can do about that? (They were showing yesterday!)
Thanks.

In reply to: Was hacked, now many errorsSorry, esmi. I thought it was separate – Jetpack and www.remarpro.com. Now I understand.

In reply to: Was hacked, now many errorsAll of my plugins were deactivated by my webmaster, then added back one plugin at a time.
I did review that article (thank you for that) but I still don’t see where “unique visitors” is listed. You can see where people found you, what word(s) were searched and how many people checked your post. But I don’t see where I can see my unique visitors, bounce rate, etc.
I asked yesterday on Jetpack but no one answered me!
I thank you for sticking with me, esmi.

In reply to: Was hacked, now many errorsThank you for all of those links, Esmi! I sincerely appreciate it.
My question is, people are leaving comments on my blog. They get error messages, but they still come through to me. How can that be fixed?
Also, I don’t understand how or where to find information about my stats, ie, unique visitors, with Jetpack. Can you explain that? I’ve look thru other forums and videos, but they were all unhelpful. I just need a simple and basic explanation. (I used Google Analytics before, which was easy for me…)
Thanks again!
