The code this is based on was able to do it but it looks like it doesn’t work with the plugin.

I had the same, each [svt-event] needs to be a paragraph in the WYSIWYG editor. Pretty strange problem.

Thanks Nikeo, but why is this needed in the theme and why can’t it be shipped with the theme itself?
