I just realized I was having problems too, I think maybe from the recent update?

Luckily some of my models loaded and not others, and the only difference was the ones that didn’t load had a reflection="" tag (one was set to ambient and the other to fire — neither loaded). Once I removed the reflection tags the models loaded fine, so maybe give that a shot.

I figured out my problem, the documentation said the syntax is [model_3d ...] but by using the 3D button to insert code in the editor I see the correct syntax is [kento_3dmv ...]. Now it works perfectly, thanks!
