  • I feel the same – support is horrendous
    I have a paid for version and have asked the same questions twice from within my Envira Account over about the last two weeks
    No One there obviously
    Again – horrendous support
    Questions are:
    Can you launch a lightbox gallery from just one image
    Can you launch a lightbox gallery from say a link
    I do not expect an answer
    Also own Soliloquy but will never again purchase a plugin from these guys
    Support for it was similar
    Could be a culture or paradigm within their organisational structure
    If they have one

    Cool
    I think Beaver Builder just leaves the original text and perhaps if you can do the same …
    One of the criticisms Chris Lema had a while ago about VC was the stuff it left behind:
    https://chrislema.com/wordpress-page-builders/
    If you can get yours right the way it works from within the WordPress Text Editor is I think what a lot are looking for

    No you misunderstand me perhaps and I wish this had not evolved to this point

    Latest question from me was:
    Are you suggesting to leave any changes to original content is acceptable?

    As after setting up a three column set up with my text in each column after deactivating and removing Page Builder Sandwich and my original text this was left:

    <table class=”pbsandwich_column” style=”width: 100%; height: auto; border: none;” border=”0″>
    <tbody class=”row”>
    <tr>
    <td class=”col-sm-4″ style=”width: 33.3333333333333%;” data-wp-columnselect=”1″>

    </td>
    <td class=”col-sm-4″ style=”width: 33.3333333333333%;”></td>
    <td class=”col-sm-4″ style=”width: 33.3333333333333%;”></td>
    </tr>
    </tbody>
    </table>

    I know other page builders etc leave rubbish behind if you deactivate or uninstall them.
    Others may see this as being ok and acceptable – I do not.

    I wonder if it is possible for this plugin if deactivated or removed to leave just original text rather than the table structure?

    I am not trying to give you a hard time there is lots I like about it and if it left clean unaltered text or even say Bootstrap Columns behind if deactivated or uninstalled I would pay for it

    I have been playing with Beaver Builder and I think it does not leave any rubbish behind if deactivated

    Are you saying this is a proposed enhancement in the future?
    That is that it will not leave changed code??

    I tried to dig deeper and went to Colin the Dynamik Beaver guy’s affiliate site here:
    https://dynamikbeaver.com/blog/set-dy…ll-width-rows/

    I had fiddled with this stuff and JA’s (Larry’s), Eric’s and Siga’s stuff before
    But seriously; how do I explain it …

    Set up a new local site with Desktop Server and used the code he had (Colin) to set up a Beaver Builder Full Width page which worked ok and …
    EZ Fat Footers worked also

    So went back to my other local site that only had Manuel’s Dynamik Website Builder and Beaver Builder Integration Plug In installed and …

    Found in:
    dynamik-website-builder-and-beaver-builder-integration/beaver-builder.php

    This:
    //* Remove Fat Footer
    remove_action( ‘wp_head’, ‘ez_fat_footer_structure’ );

    So question is as I know nothing at all about this stuff:
    Why when the Plugin was built – and I am not being critical!

    If the above remove action removes EZ Fat Footer …
    Why was that done as …
    To get EZ fat Footers to work they have to be enabled in Dynamik Design/EZ Fat Footer Display Locations

    Could that remove action ez fat foot structure be left out?

    Yes – if you included all attachments when creating the import file and if the old site is can be accessed by the new site at the time of the import. The images can the be copied over during the import process.

    How do I select all attachments?
