In reply to: [WP DFP] 728×90 alternate leaderboard sizes, resizing images?Interesting, so I added the shortcode in the Shortcode Widget beneath my other Google DFP widget.
When the top widget with Google DFP was there, the WP DFP shortcode widget appeared. When I removed the other widgete with Google DFP standard code, then the WP DFDP shortcode based ad disappeared also.
Weird, removing the standard dfp code in my headers now, see if that clears anything up.[edit:] Nope removed that line item from my google tags, and the ad still did not appear.
//commented this line out in my header tags

In reply to: [WP DFP] 728×90 alternate leaderboard sizes, resizing images?Cool, I’ll give all that a shot then, and report.
Thanks again Jonathan.Looking at any other way of doing this manually etc. and it gets difficult in a hurry with all the coding involved.
Is the plugin doing some sort of mapping, is there a tutorial someplace, that sort of mentions what your plugin is doing?
Might help me think my way thru any more debugging

In reply to: [WP DFP] 728×90 alternate leaderboard sizes, resizing images?Ok, I’ve tried setting this up, no ads appear.
Ads were already appearing with the regular DFP code placed in my widget header.Do we still need the code from Google DFP placed in the WordPress head section templates of our plages, or is the plugin here supposed to replace the usual head section code?
Not sure what else could be issue, should shortcode work in a widget, maybe that’s an issue?
Thanks.
Another thought, maybe my head tags now need a responsive unit added to them since I added a 468×60 banner size now? Checking on that.

In reply to: [Facebook Comments by Fat Panda] Comments not being syncedSame for us, every month or so it picks up a few.
In my case I’m going to use the AutoPrune plugin.
It seems to just check against the time stamp of the post, and for example if it’s a week old (or whatever depending on your settings) it moves the post to trash or deletes them.Check this one out:

I am looking for guidance with this one also.

Dittos here, widget does not appear to be used in Appearance> Widgets
Maybe this question would be better posed in an Advanced topic somewhere, since it may not be specific to either the plugin or the theme?
OK, going to try and rephrase the question or problem.
How would you define the value of a custom field on each post called ‘directory_type’. The value of directory type will be defined by the custom post type category. which is a parent child relationship.
The Directory Custom Posts are children of the Directory Type field. For example if we know, the category is any one of 100, 110, 111, 112 then its directory_type will be ‘Employment’.
Each Directory post has a drop down field to store this value.
The problem being, the posts are going to be created from an XML import, and the Parent relationship is not represented or listed in the XML being imported, only the child categories.
Does this make sense then, or spark an idea with anyone???
Thanks,
TyWow as a new/rusty user, I re-found the drop down when creating a form to use
Form Templates.
Including; Blank Form, Starter Contact Form, Variable Pricing Form w/Add-on Products, Registration Form w/ options.Looks like that covers a few examples, there in the Templates.
If I look for example ‘Caldera Form Templates’ maybe that is what Caldera Forms imports then?
Time to dig in to the Caldera docs.
Thanks for more suggestions/clarifications.
Pardon the newbie.

In reply to: [Google Doc Embedder] Google Doc Embeds problems in Internet ExplorerThanks Dan. I try and keep my PDF’s under 5mb for sure.
The plugin has worked great for a long time for us, but I have to admit, I seldom view it in IE, so who knows.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Google Doc Embedder] Google Doc Embeds problems in Internet ExplorerHi Dan and thanks.
Did the embedded pdf in the page ever load for you then, in chrome on a Mac?
I’ve been playing around with my optimization settings in Acrobat, trying to fix the IE bug, may have incidentally caused your issue.
My recent optimization settings in the Acrobat optimize panel, only optimize images to 96ppi, and create a fast web view in the clean up panel. The rest of the panels, are not even being used in the PDF Optimizer of Acrobat; Fonts, Transparency, User Data etc. Nothing should be destructive.
Somebody pointed out to me there are quite a few javascript errors on this page, maybe one of those holds the key.
