Sorry I just figured this out myself. It was because I had my site on private I wasn’t able to select Facebook, Instagram etc. Hope this helps other people
I can’t use plug ins I’m not on A professional plan. I’m reading this tutorial https://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/
The only buttons showing up are ’email and print’ and I have linked my Facebook account.
