In reply to: [Code Snippets] Fixing HSTS with Code SnippetsIt looks like that worked, so thanks very much!
Thanks, Dan! I am in touch with Jetpack support now. Since LearnDash has not been updated since before I started my course, and Jetpack was just updated, and the problem only occurs when Jetpack is turned on, I can’t see how the problem could be due to something else. Hopefully, Jetpack support will be able to help me fix this, but I will go to LearnDash support if I have to. Thier support has been very poor when I’ve had problems in the past.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Strange coupon codes appearing in my dashboardThanks! Okay, may be it’s just those plugins and it’s totally okay. Although this did not happen with past courses..

In reply to: [MyBookTable Bookstore by Stormhill Media] Rearrange Order of BooksThanks for your reply. Actually, it looks like they’re in reverse order of publication, with my oldest book at the top. I’m not sure that I want to change the data to something erroneous.

In reply to: [PlugNedit] "Insert Paragraph Here" and formatting quirkNo, I am not touching that button. What I ended up doing is creating a separate text box for each paragraph, because line breaks don’t work. A little tedious for the page I want to build. But it’s a work around. Thanks for your help!

In reply to: [PlugNedit] "Insert Paragraph Here" and formatting quirkNo, that didn’t work. Nothing saved at all. So how am I supposed to save my changes without using the WordPress Editor?
Okay, digging a little farther, I discovered that through the Page Builder tab, if I scroll way down, there is a button that says ‘Create New Page.” I guess this is where I am supposed to start. Unfortunately, I have done MANY hours of work through the WordPress Editor. Is there a way to copy and paste from the page I already have, or import it?
I would have found it very helpful to have some documentation that would give me this information up front. Although in general the plugin is easy to use, expecting non-techies just to figure everything out without any instructions is a stretch for many of us. I end up ditching a lot of plugins for just this reason.

In reply to: [PlugNedit] "Insert Paragraph Here" and formatting quirkAll right. I’m not sure about the page, since it’s not live yet, but as I said, the red triangles were in my preview. So I ended up deleting that layer and redoing it. Thankfully it was only a paragraph. Looks fine now.
I’m not sure what you mean by opening the WordPress Editor. I do go to the page I’m working on through my normal Pages tab, but the only thing I do from there is save. Is there another way to reach my page, or should I only be saving in the PlugNEdit page? I was reading this: “Do not forget to click Publish or Update after editing the page,” as a directive to save each time. But I think you’re saying I shouldn’t do that? I should just save on the PlugNEdit page and then get out of the Editor? I will try that with this specific formatting problem and see if it works. Thanks!

In reply to: I can't navigate to my new Child PageThanks, Christine. I figured out what the problem was. I chose the Blog Template option for the new page. I thought that would make new entries go at the top like on a blog. But apparently it just defaulted to my blog. When I changed it to Default Template it worked fine.

In reply to: [CalPress Calendar] Remove Calendar page created by CalPressThanks, Ryan, I did some further research and was able to figure out the problem through another support forum post. The Calendar page ended up in my Custom Menus, so I had to delete it from there.
Thanks for your help.
