In reply to: [Phoenix Media Rename] Can’t see the pictures after renameHi adriaanvandam,
which plugin do you use for multilanguage support?I use polylang and I never had problems, but I know that there is some issue with wpml, i tried to address those problems but WPML staff has too stringent demands for a test install so I dropped support for their system.
Maybe the problem can be caused by some special character in localized file names?

In reply to: [Phoenix Media Rename] Bug Rename add a dot to nameThere is something strange about the server file system: Phoenix Media Rename doesn’t change the filename case but in your screenshot I see that the file name case has been changed.
Can you create a temporary user for me using [email protected] ?

In reply to: [Phoenix Media Rename] Bug Rename add a dot to nameHi @alebec,
It isn’t normal, I’ve never seen this problem. You have to write only the file name, extension will be automatically added, did you also write the file extension?

In reply to: [Phoenix Media Rename] Good but not compatible with WPMLI use Polylang for media metadata translation, so I never noticed this problem with WPML.
I’ll try to fix this issue as soon as possible, thanks for your help.

Can you give me a temporary access to your site administration?

In reply to: [Phoenix Media Rename] File name: IMG_3355.jpgCan you send me a copy of the image at [email protected]?
I’d like to try with your file, I tried with an image having the same name without any problem, maybe it is file related (I don’t think so, but a little test would do no harm ^^ ).Thanks

In reply to: [Phoenix Media Rename] File name: IMG_3355.jpgHi Anticosti,
I need some more informations:
– which kind of server are you using
– which php version is running on your serverOn my development (Windows 10 + php 7) and production servers (various Linux and php versions) I never had similar issue, if you give me some more information I can try to prepare a test server to reproduce your issue.
Thanks
