yes that is what’s called the “new order” email. this is what i’m referring to.

as i previously stated, i want the customer’s information in the from field, instead of my information (name and email address).

which specific plugin will do a complex calculation as shown in my example???

thank you for the reply again. i updated the spif and dkim per mailjet’s instructions. i’m hoping this will resolve the issue.

1. new, cancelled and failed are turned on. the one i’m having an issue with is processing order which is sent to customers after an order is placed. this is also turned on.
2. wp mail log shows emails are being sent successfully.
3. mailjet shows an abundance of ‘soft bounces.’

processing order is the one customers receive right after paying. the recipient is customer by default. new order is for us and only has our email address.

to specify, this is the ‘processing order’ email that is not being received.
