For some reason my account shows that I have no support tickets…so I can’t see your reply.

It may be me, but I cannot see any value to the WordPress “support” system. Why is it impossible (apparently) to talk to a real, live person who can help with your problem? When your software will not respond to normal commands, and just sits there looking at you, it’s of less than zero value. When it’s working, it’s wonderful…but, for now, your support sucks!

I followed that link, but did not find any helpful information.

I get the message “Launching editor…please wait” and then … nothing!
