AHHHH I removed the regex option off of a regular “/staff/” redirect and that fixed it- thank you!

Gotcha– but the problem is that these errors I’m getting are for redirects I didn’t create and I don’t see them in the log as being anything that was created, either. I don’t have any regix attached to staff members, either.

I don’t have any redirects in place for that particular slug, /staff-member/. There are a few older redirects for staff members who existed during a different, older naming convention or else changed their names…do you think they would be the cause of the global problem?
