That’s so weird. It can t be me as in the stats it says this ‘author’ has viewed pages which I haven’t opened.

I tried scanning for “some string” and it gives me tons of strings… not sure what to make of them?

I ve just checked both my admin section and the wp_users folder and there’s only me in both of them.

What’s next? Would it be useful to contact SiteGround which is my host?

Yep, I found out the problem was the caption – without it, the image went back to the normal size. So I separated the two in two different widgets (image + text).
Weird though!

the image I have issue with is the one on the right called ‘l’autrice’, which exceeds the limits of the sidebar.

I haven’t deactivated any plug-ins yet; i don’t use that many and I would have no idea which ones to deactivate!
