I dicover today that I have 27000+ reviews, all spam!

How can I delete all of them? There is some sort of script or sql query, my database is huge and is consuming all resources on the server.

In my case the problem was a plugin (Flip Book) that causes the error, I just update that plugin fixed.

Try to disable all plugins, or one by one, and test the featured image if it works.

I havew the same problem with my site, I’m using a premium theme but since WP 4.2 I can’t add a featured image to an article.

Anyone knows where I have to search to patch this bug.
