You can edit it in the css file “cvg-styles.css”

Comment out any line (by putting /* before and */ at the end of the line) that is:
background: url(“../images/play_button.png”) no-repeat center;

You have to make sure, when you compress the files that you make them streaming ready. I found this to be the best export format:
