    Thanks for checking it out.
No joy with the [noenkode] as suggested.
I was unable to find the corresponding .php file for the checkout page so couldn’t manually edit it – I guess the page is generated from the database.
I tried the “Plugin Organiser” plugin and disabled enkoder for that page and still no joy… The [enkoder] tags show up on the page so it’s clearly switching off the plugin on that particular page. The conflict must be happening on a different page…
Anyways in the mean time I’m using the javascript generated on the hivelogic site – unless you have any other suggestions?

    All the best,

    Hugh

OK – I’ve reactivated it. Go to https://www.hughpryor.co.uk/prints/
Click “Add to Basket” on any of the prints
Click “View Basket” button which pops up
On the woocommerce_basket page click “Proceed to checkout”
On the woocommerce-checkout page the checkout loads up and then drops off the screen and leaves my email link.

Please let me know when you’ve had a look so I can put the shop back to normal. (I’m not receiving a lot traffic at the moment…)

Thank you! I’m breathing again. It turned out to be a problem with the PHP Enkoder plugin which must have been messing with the checkout page.

I could have sworn I had tried deactivating my plugins but must have skipped that one.

    Cheers! Hugh

So to see the problem please
    1. go to https://www.hughpryor.co.uk/prints/
    2. Click ‘Add to basket’ on any of the prints
    3. Clicl ‘View Basket’ This displays the WooCommerce-Basket page
    4. Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’. To briefly see ‘Billing Details’ and the rest of the page and then suddenly it vanishes and leaves ‘contact me’ at the top.
This is extremely frustrating because I’ve been working on my shop for months and to have it fail at the last stage like this is breaking my heart.

Sorry about pasting a whole pile of gobbledygook – I don’t even know if it’s relevant.
I really need to get my shop working! I’m getting orders in and it looks terrible having such a dodgy checkout page.
I’m thinking of deleting my whole site and reinstalling it!
    Please help if you can!

Every time a developer kindly provides a piece of code there’s the question of “where do you put it?” Where do you put it? where do you put the code?
I’m clearly totally failing to grasp a basic fundamental concept of WordPress. Can you help me out here? :-S
    Many thanks,
    Hugh

    Hi Konstantin,
Thanks for this – however I’m awful at following instructions and terrified of code.
Do I edit your plugin, or the wordpress core code? If so where?
Apart from not disabling on mobile phones it’s a good, easy to use (even my ADHD client can use it…) plug-in.
