I think for the sake of things, I will train our office administrator on which custom fields to use when adding content and we’ll leave it at that. Not sure it’s worth adding a layer of complication from something that is a mild inconvenience.

I do yes … I hadn’t realised that WordPress would cut off the names! Is there any way to change this? Aside from renaming all my custom fields to begin with ‘a’?

I think I have resolved this – I needed to enable custom image height and make some adjustments – thanks for the speedy response though!
