“Just another WordPress site” is wordpress default tagline.
Go to dashboard -> appearance -> editor -> tagline block -> change tagline.

Locate main-header.html in Parent Theme:
wp-content/themes/lighting-fixtures/parts/main-header.html

Copy main-header.html to Child Theme:
wp-content/themes/your-child-theme/parts/main-header.html


Ensure the reference to main-header is correct.
