Yeah, that totally does not work. At all. If I type continuously, it wraps into a paragraph nicely, single spaced, but any enter makes a break between paragraphs, so it doesn’t matter if I cut and paste or type it in myself, it looks all wrong.
So the problem is the theme, most likely? Great. How do you go about checking for things like that within a theme? Should I just search for other blogs that have poetry on them and see what theme they are using or what?
This is very frustrating, because to me it should be a simple thing, but as with all things “code”, it is turning out to be more complicated than I thought.
My husband is my tech guy, and he is awesome, but he doesn’t know anything about poetry. We are trying to put our heads together to troubleshoot, but things get lost in translation, you know?
