そして、Zipファイルを解凍しました。
FTPを使って、pluginsのフォルダの中に、jetpackのフォルダを作りアップロードして、古いバージョンで復旧しました。
新しい8.8は、更新時にエラーになります。
そのため、バージョンを下げて8.7.1で復旧しました。

別のサイトでは、jetpackの更新がエラーになりできないです。
8.8のバージョンは、何かあるのかもしれないです。
8.8を削除したサイトに、8.7.1のバージョンをインストールしたいです。
でも、入手したZipファイルをアップロードして、インストールが始まると、リンクが期限切れになっているとエラーになり、インストールできないです。
