Thanks for all the clarity on this. Our setup is a bit involved. We have your plugin to create the CPT we use, of which there are quite a few for different types of members. We use User Role Editor to grant capabilities. And all of it is wrapped in Paid Member Subscriptions to manage our paywall.

I took a chance and disabled each of the above plugins one at a time. When the User Role Editor was off, we had the ability to select taxonomy items again. So I have submitted a support inquiry with them. Thanks for all of your consideration!

That’s what I thought too. There have of course been other plugins updated, and core updates, but nothing custom on our end. Are you suggesting I should check this against each other plugin first before asking for your help?

I sorted it. It was a server caching issue with some auto-minify of the HTML.

Same issue for me. Version 2.0 was connecting fine, but now 2.0.1 will not connect.

When I am at the prompt “You’ve previously linked WooCommerce Extension V2 to Facebook” and I click Edit Settings, or I try to edit settings later, I get the list of setting, but any setting I click results in an “Oops, something went wrong” message, which stops the configuration process.

In instead I just confirm the given settings (which incidentally I need to edit) and finish the configuration it all seems to go well but ends with a message “Something went wrong when connecting to Facebook! Please try again.” at a URL:

I have tried every variation of the above that I can come up with no different results. Has anyone found any clues?

That was it! Thank you so much. One of the admins must have un-selected shipping country at some point. Kicking myself and really grateful for your help with such a silly thing.

Or is there a manual way I can set shipping zones up, say in functions.php. No luck searching elsewhere on any of this.

Should I try reinstalling the plugin? Will that delete any of our shop/products?

I am just trying to create a United States zone. I found the exact spelling/format used by WC on my other sites (“United States” not USA). I have also tried “California” “Nevada” and so forth with no results. I believe zip code entry is still working, but that just wouldn’t suffice to plug in the entire country.

BTW it did require the specific edit_ for my CPT name.
