If you use Chrome Developer tools, you can find that RT Section Title has a CSS style visibility: hidden;

Please, check the setting of that widget.

Same thing to me. Works perfectly on a desktop. But on mobile, it is not working – neither Android nor iOS. Divi theme is used.
