For the record – we’re hosted on Hostgator.

So – we are using LiteSpeed Cache in junction with that – but we are using the suggested set up in your FAQ for this. I’ve noticed that when LiteSpeed does purge the cache – is when we get that issue with a large white element and then our site all jumbled below. Is there a more specific setting we need to set up to make sure this doesn’t happen.

The bulk of our referrers came from newsbreakapp.com. If a story performs well out of the gate they usually pick it up.

Most of our vistors are not logged in.

According to Google – The session duration was only 3s – Does that indicate it was most likely Bot Traffic?

My site is also having the same issue.

Another issue we saw last night with the updated plugin was only stories published during the month were showing on the author pages. When I reverted the plugin back – all stories they’ve ever written showed up on the author page.

We are. The editorial process for our site is weird where one author will start it, but a overall editor will fix. It starts with a generic author and ends with a specific author. Since the update – BOTH authors will show as authors for the post – but the first author is the only that displays on the post. We need to be able to assign it to one an only one author. We tried removing the generic author – and it still displayed the original author on the forward facing post.

Example – Able Starts a Post. Adds Content. Author Box Shows Abel. Baker finishes editing the post. Author Box now shows Able & Baker as Co-Authors. Only Able’s Name shows on the forward facing post. Post should be attributed to Baker on the forward facing site. We delete Able as an author of the post. Only Baker’s name shows on the backend, however – Able’s name still shows on the front forward facing side.

I’m also getting this message but for a client in Canada, and we’re a US based store. Would that have any impact? Or is this still a Paypal issue & not necessarily a plugin issue. We also noticed on the Canadian checkout that the Pay Later button is missing.
