Sorry for the slow reply. I currently have a 403 error on this site so cannot provide provide an exact list of plugins or run tests. From memory, I was only using Youzify (previously Youzer) at the time.

I also found that switching to desktop resolved the issue – there was a Updraft popup which needed to be dismissed which couldn’t been see on mobile.

@pmakabenta, how can you ‘whitelist’ the plugin? I can see that you guys keep suggesting this but I can’t see anywhere within WordFence to do this.

So my developer actually managed to include our custom font via the custom CSS area of the plugin. Might be a good idea to re-phrase the wording on the support page as it gives the impression that the external plugin is needed, rather than being your recommended way to get custom fonts on your site in the first place.

I don’t have any caching plugin installed and was using a fresh install, however, I’ve found that Goggle Chrome is the culprit! I realised this morning that Firefox didn’t have the same issue so restarted Chrome and the problem was gone.

Strange huh? Maybe one of my browser extensions was playing up.

Okay, so I think I was simply being clumsy while testing multiple solutions. The notification had nothing to do with your plugin and nor does this post.

So sorry for the confusion. I saw a notification in the admin panel saying they were now compatible and probably just assumed you were the same guys. Doh – this makes a lot more sense now. My post on the cloud version was a mistake, and for some reason it doesn’t allow me to remove the post, sorry.

That has fixed it – thank you!

The placeholder number is very similar to the normal text colour so I assumed it was already populated. To avoid similar queries, it might be a worth updating the placeholder to something like “Enter value” or setting a default value.

Thank you for the super speedy response. Plugin works very well and I can’t understand why these options are avalible in WooCommerce as standard.
