Apparently you don’t understand what “I did nothing in the SI settings of the German site!” means.
Let me therefore rephrase it: I did not change YOUR default settings!
In the English site I changed your default settings, may be that is why the English site was working?

I only Network activated the plugin and then I set up the English site.
I did nothing in the SI settings of the German site!
I happen to find it unacceptable that a site can become totally screwed up by just activating a plugin!
We are running a campaign and the site was most of the weekend down. May be you should test a bit better or how about an Enable switch, if the plugin can cause so much damage, as you are apparently aware of?

Same problem here:
Woo invoices and Sliced Invoices installed.
Woo 3.9, Weaver Xtreme Theme
In Woocommerce Checkout settings there is nothing like Sliced Invoices!?
I am using also Fast Velocity Minify plugin and had to exclude the /sliced-invoices-public.js file.
I am using Woo Currency Switcher, PayFast and Pay For Payments plugins.

I am using Woo 3.07, but its causing now a new problem. I give up.

Of course I renamed the plugin and the site is fine again. My premium theme is Weaver Xtreme plus.

Similar problem here.
When I click on Browse Wishlists it loads the page url /wishlist/view/ which doesnt exist. The page with the shortcode [yith_wcwl_wishlist] is /wishlist/.
A change of the page name doesnt help. The plugin always adds the extension /view/.
