Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Strange White RectangleI have this issue also, but it only seems to happen when I am logged into a specific computer of mine, and not on all of them. I get a white rectangle that is shaped a lot like a search box in size and shape, and it basically lays over top the screen in a fixed position while I can scroll everything below it and the white rectangle blocks the content it is in front of…

I still need help though. HELP?!?!PLEASE! ??
same problem here too
I tried custom buttons individually and as a set with a new path defined, and that didn’t fix the issue either.
It’s drawing the add to cart button with a white background and white font color, so it seems like an empty button. It also does it on the “continue shopping” button.
You can probably use custom css field to change the color of the font pretty easily and at least have a white button with black text. But I am unsure how to get it to fill the button in properly.

In reply to: Cart66Lite – Pay Now Buttons Display Blank (no text)I notice after 2 days of trying to resolve this problem that when cart66 tries to create the add to cart button, it does so just fine during the preview that is created as you are in the process of adding the button, but when it comes to actually publishing the button, it doesn’t fill it in with the dark blue green color that it does during the preview.
What happens is the font color is white, against a white to grey gradient background. When I use my mouse select the area around and including the empty cart66 lite add to cart button, the blue selection over the button reveals the text is actually there, just colored white. So it is an issue of the color that fills that button not used.
Also, when I try to use a custom button or add a custom button set, the button area that is drawn for the add to cart button remains drawn and underneath where the button graphic ends up, so you end up basically seeing the custom button graphic inside of the black line drawn rectangle that would otherwise serve as the button.
Why would that happen?
Can’t anyone help? please & thanks!
