Yeah that is the exact one. It pops up when i try to activate it. And i am positive that i am on 5.3. I am using 123-reg hosting and they say the only use that version, i can request to go back a version but thats it.

Hi, i am still getting the same error and i am running PHP v5.3. Any other ideas what i could try as i really need to import.
