  • Hey @chucklebum0205

I think we are going to stay with Woocommerce POS and just use external Chip and Pin from Worldpay our current payment processor, its kind of the same enter the amount and they pay but no other APP is involved and then on POS we just click the pay button so it marks it as complete so at least it records the sale and knocks stock etc.. automaticly.

We don’t have the time to do alot of admin in the background for sync purposed, it just seems so very strange there their are 2 main POS systems for woocomerce and none of them yet support payments like Paypal Here or IZettle and for how long they have been around.

Hi that created a white page to both websites when added to the functions file

    Hi

yea we have not tested our points side yet but im sure it would work if we chose a customer at epos checkout but this pos will be mainly walk in people wit the odd customer.

If Angelleye and the developer off Epos can work together to get it work smoothly and update stock on completed purchase i two do think people would jump back at this POS systyem for woocommerce as it will save using Thirdparty pos systems as it will all be built in.

Angelleye appreciate the feedback and cannot wait for the next version, i know developers hate getting asked this but what are your time frames on updates, just so can let customer know.

    that has worked thank you.

We do have another issue i think, within searching for a variation called “Natural Tip” it doesn’t show but when searching for the main product for the variation called “White Hard Gel” it shows the variation.

also is their anything we can do on the search to also show the single variations, if not a way to style the variation search so they stand out some more.

Has anyone else had this issue at all, all of sudden our website has started to do this, We have managed stock enabled and when a product reaches Zero they are still able to order even though the option to back order is disabled and if we go into the product and as a test untick manage stock the stock status defaults to Allow BackOrders but if we put it back to Manage Stock the Back order option is not allowed.

No plugins have been added to our website recently and we are still stuck on why this is happening.

We would prefer not to revert back to an older version and hopefully a fix will happen soon as they cannot leave an issue like this for to long.

its funny with this issue as i went on to the live chat on woocomerce site for some quick supoort because of the issue and the person said they could not replicate the issue and we were told to test all plugins etc. but its clearly an issue with woocomerce

We are having the same issue as well, has been notied in a previous post but no reply or update on the bug, just to keep our customer happy we are creating a coupon each time for the users that need it and its becoming a pain

i agree to revise this feature and put back to a list as the search doesnt even work on ours

Hi we also seem to have this issue, we have a coupon that is setup as unlimited usage but only 1 per user and once it gets used it says it has reached it limit, would this fix mentioned above fix our issue if so do we apply this fix ?
