In reply to: [Plugin: Audio Player] Version 2.0 beta releasedHi Martin,
Well I’m not sure what I did, but I managed to break the player again. You were very kind and helpful last time, I’m hoping you can help now too?The problem is that in FF, when I click on any of the audio files, I get a very strange distortion–it’s almost like a 70’s “fuzz” effect, but it does not sound good. I’m running FF 3, and flash 10 beta. IE doesn’t seem to have the same problem.
Any ideas? Anyone else having the same problem?

In reply to: WYSIWYG is stripping html from postsHas anyone tried RC1 for WP 2.6? I’m wondering if the line breaks issue has been resolved yet? And yes, @roberhauk is right. A platform like WP (which is very simple in almost every OTHER way) should easily offer non-coders the ability to write and post, w/o having to know HTML (even if these are fairly simple tags).

In reply to: [Plugin: Audio Player] Version 2.0 beta releasedHey Martin,
I’ve been traveling for over a week, so I apologize for my slow response. It worked! I changed the PHP (per your suggestion), and the player is now functioning on all browsers.
I don’t know if this was specific to me, or could affect all users, but with wordpress’ known line break issues, I’m guessing it would affect more than jus me.
You might consider changing that code in the next version?
Thanks very much for your help!

In reply to: [Plugin: Audio Player] Version 2.0 beta releasedThanks Martin,
Yes with that many small images we had a terrible time with line hard line breaks. The WSIWYG editor is doing a terrible job of adding or removing them, perhaps that’s affecting the player? Is there anything I can do for now?
Thanks for your help. I look forward to the next release.

In reply to: [Plugin: Audio Player] Version 2.0 beta releasedHi Martin,
Here is the site: https://blog.5alarmmusic.com/Do you have the same problem? (works in FF, but not in IE7 or Safari?)
Any ideas?
Thanks,
-CraigPS I’ve been reading these other threads, and the player seems to be installed correctly, with the correctly named folder, etc.

In reply to: [Plugin: Audio Player] Version 2.0 beta releasedAs a side note, i looked at your site in IE7 and the player works fine. What could be different about mine? (It’s WP 2.5.1 hosted on Dreamhost)

In reply to: [Plugin: Audio Player] Version 2.0 beta releasedHi Martin,
I too must first compliment you on a great tool. For some reason, the player is showing up in FF (both Beta 3, and 2) but not in IE7 (PC) or Safari (Mac). I get this message:Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 6 or above) is required to play this audio clip. You also need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser.
I’m wondering if there is something I’m doing wrong? Is there a fix for this?
Thanks,

In reply to: Need help with widgetizing theme (I Feel Dirty Theme)TJP, thanks so much for taking a look at this. The widgets seem to work with that theme, but the background has changed from white to dark grey. Could you help me figure out how to tweak that background, and I think I will be all set!

In reply to: Need help with widgetizing theme (I Feel Dirty Theme)Hey Otto42, I hate to beg, but you mentioned that if I posted the code, someone would look at it and help us out by making this theme widget ready. I would really appreciate your (or anyone’s) help on this–but I don’t take your time for granted, and won’t post again if this isn’t something you can do. See previous post for link to the code. I used Pastebin like you said. Thanks!
