Thank you, I managed to install a plugin that allowed me to manually delete these tables. I did find them in myPHPAdmin but there were so many it would have taken ages. The option to remove this when you uninstall the plugin would be useful in my opinion.

Already have left you a 5* – although might change it to 4 now ??

Thank you, I would politely disagree. Our site isn’t physical products you see, it’s a subscribtion site so “cancelled” looks like a customer has cancelled their subscription when they haven’t which is why I would differentiate and mark these as failed. I’ll see if I can figure out how to code it accordingly.

But this should be a “failed” order rather than a “cancelled” order as the customer hasn’t cancelled, they’ve failed to complete.

They arrive at the order-received page, when I disable Elementor, it’s still the same.

@npalradhika I’m literally just uninstalling this plugin and trying to get it set up manually since this doesn’t work and we can’t get support.

@babylon1999 @anastas10s – I’m surprised this is an issue. My order received page is built with Elementor using the Purchase Summary widget – this can’t be uncommon.

I have edited the order received page using Elementor – how do I get this to register as a conversion with the value now then?

Hi @anastas10s thanks for the reply. That screenshot was merely to show again that no conversions are being recorded. I gave you the information requested originally (system information and screenshot of my settings) but didn’t receive a reply. There have been a number of purchases but no conversions recorded.

@anastas10s any ideas?
