In reply to: [Request Form for Zendesk] Invalid Options set for this fieldHi Phil
Not sure if you are still on holidays or busy or perhaps missed my reply above. Just hoping that you might be able to offer some assistance. I am really keen to get this sorted out.
Thanks
Craig

In reply to: [Request Form for Zendesk] Invalid Options set for this fieldHi Phil.
Thank you for your reply. I have been away from the office over the holidays, and only just got back to looking at this.
Turns out, that the section you refer to in the image, I read it as “optional” and had not put anything in there. I was expecting it to pull that info from the Custom Ticket that I made in Zendesk.
So I have done that and I can now get the options to appear, I have only done two until I have figured all this out then I will add more.
The problem now is when I make a test submission, I do not see the drop-down field selection in the resulting notification email that I receive. The Text-box option contains the message that I wrote and the attachment that I added is received, but nothing for the for drop-down menu choice that I made.
Clearly, I have made another mistake and I would be grateful for your guidance.
Cheers
Craig
I also have this issue. Running the latest paid version of Updraft – I just thought it was a necessary part of the procedure, albeit an annoying one.

Hi David,
Thank you for this, I have passed this onto my Webhost. Will have to wait a day or so to here back from them.
Cheers

Hi David,
I have heard back from the web host, this is their response,
There is only one web server the account is on, and the site is under one
user as well, so there is only one location for where your WP is
installed and that’s under your domain’s web directory for the
‘XXXXX’ user hosting the site.Curl is certainly installed, so I don’t know what functions they’re
referring to. Is there anything specific they can provide with regards to
what the problem here could be as we’ve verified that curl is enabled
through the PHP info check.Any ideas on what I can say? Are there specific functions that I can name?
Thanks,
Craig
Thanks David,
I will get back to my Webhost and ask about this.
Craig
Hi
Thanks for your response,
I can see it says that cURL is not installed, but the webhost showed me where it is, in the PHPinfo, under Module Authors, I think.
If there is something else that needs to be done – please let me know what I have to tell them.
Thanks
Craig
