Hi, any update?
So default shipping can stay as it is, just shipping override on the product page doesn’t work quite as I need it to.
When selecting override, you then set your price so and additional £1 for example, works fine (plus £2 default, makes £3 total).
So the override on the product should reset the default Qty to £0 and then you select how much an additional item should be.
So if I press override – I set the shipping at £3 for 1 item and then for 2 items I set the additional qty for £1. So the total shipping for 2 items would be £4.In regards to a slightly different method – A box in the product page for entering shipping price, ie £3. Then just beside it a multi-buy shipping discount, ie £1.
So 1 item would be £3 and the second ,or more, would only be an additional £1. I think this method would work extremely well for those in the UK, as mentioned, we have a very simple postage service.
As well as this, there could be an option in the store settings for a percentage discount for shipping when buying more than 1 item (for example a bag and a separate listing like bunting). The vendors could turn this on or off.Thank you for your support

In reply to: [WCFM Marketplace - Multivendor Marketplace for WooCommerce] Store ListAmazing, thank you!
No problem Buzz!
I am trying every combination and this just is not working as it should be. I have tried taking the default settings to 0 (all of them), then the product shipping override to £3 and additional Qty at £1, and its charging £6 for some reason, not even taking into account the £1 additional qty.
Its the additional qty button that just is not working
Yes so the cost of 1 item with the additional will be £3 which is great, but when 2 items are added it shouldn’t add the £2 again, it should only add the per Qty additional, which is £1. Making the total shipping cost £4.
If you press override, it should override all of the default costs. Also in the UK, we have the royal mail delivery service, its the same cost all over the country, no matter how far the parcel is going. So a small parcel will only cost £2.60 to ship anywhere in the country, large parcel a little more. It would work very well as an option and would be less complicated, no offence meant!
ps. Future feature request – This system is pretty complicated. A simple shipping price box next to the actually price of the item would be very much appreciated.
Not sure how to post pictures here. I can send them via email. But the settings are exactly as above.
This is in Multivendor and its the vendors that are having the issue. This particular product is a variable product. When adding 2 variation to the basket, it works out the shipping at £6, instead of £4
1 products in the basket is correct as £3 though (the override price with the additional £2).
