In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Delete Facebook CatalogMy apologies, I didn’t see your reply.
As I explained, I had followed those steps but the Delete option didn’t show in the settings. After trying several other things, I ended up having to delete the FB shop – and then I was able to delete the catalog.
Thanks anyway.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Help with variable productsHave done some more tweaking and my products are now uploading correctly in the sandbox temporary demo site, but the exact same csv file still doesn’t upload correctly to my own site.
I’m guessing there’s some kind of conflict but have now idea how to proceed?Am linking to screenshots of sandbox and actual sites, for comparison.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Re-order attributes for all productHi.
I’m a total newbie but have been reading a lot of the documentation. If you’re uploading products via csv files, you should be able to set the position of your different attributes. If they’re all set by default at 0, you’re probably getting them sorted alphabetically. So you should set Style to 1, Color to 2, and Size to 3.
(The attribute columns will have 0|1|1, where 0 is the position, 1 for visible, 1 for variation.)
Here’s the link for Xadapter info, but think it’s the same method for WP All Import:
Hope that helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Help with variable productsSorry, I’ve only used google docs before via emails. Have tried importing into spreadsheet but it’s still jumbled. Am linking to screenshots instead.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Help with variable productsHi.
I did initially create products in admin and then used the exported file. That didn’t work for me either – it gave me parent and child columns but when I tried to upload, the mapping options only gave me parent and not child.
I subsequently got on better when I downloaded sample files.Sorry, I can’t see how to attach my csv file here?
