All right I don’t know why but everything seems working. The separator are fine and I can edit the widget. Some icon disappear but it doesn’t matter.

Yep @apprimit, I’ve done the elementor update.

Of course now the separator seems good… but the photo gallery aren’t. And I still can’t edit the widget.

Thank you for the check I’m using an older version of elementor, that why the separators are appearing fine.

And the 2.7.4 version doesn’t solve the issue neither @davidr90 … ; ;

Yes @davidr90 I did updated to the 2.7.3 version, but nothing change actually.

Well update => the 2.7.2 doesn’t fix the issue… I’ll stay in 2.6.8 lol

Well I’m not feeling confortable with rolling back that way… So my question is really simple: if I’m deleting Elementor and install it again, does I’ll lose all my layout ? I did it once to solve an issue, but I don’t remember if I had to do something to save my layout…

yes @pingram3541 it’s the same, I can’t downgrade… and in safe mode I have the same problem than @swvict, the widget sidebar loading icon just spins…

If you go to the back end – Elementor > System Info and scroll to the bottom, do you see any errors?

yes I have 8 error in js

The editor does not work (does the browser console have any errors?)

The separation widgets used lose their settings (on the front end or in the editor in safe mode?)

on the front end, it’s good in safe mode and I can update the widget I used in the page but I can’t select any new widget.

I tried to downgrade to 2.7.0 it seems it’s impossible, I don’t know why yet…

Things I don’t know: what if I’m uninstall elementor and re-install it again, do I’ll lose all my layout ?

I did the update to 2.7.1 but I’m still experiencing the same issues as:
– The editor does not work
– The separation widgets used lose their settings

But in “Safe Mode” everything works fine. I’d tried to disable plugins and theme, restart permalink etc..

Well I’m not sure that is a plugin conflict, since I disable/enable them at the same time and the problem is fix. I don’t know why I had this problem… But disable all the plugin, switch theme, reset permalinks fix the problem.

Also yesterday, I deleted and re-install elementor…
