Is the workaround adding the classic editor? Is Guttenburg still an issue?

I started with a clean install on https://ttoty.com and I get the following error when I try and edit and the upload theme button wouldn’t work, I had to use FTP:

It’s running 4.2.3 btw. It was working fine until the update went live.

I did try hiring someone, that’s why I asked.

I solved it. Stupid wordpress theme didn’t work ?? Had to delete in FTP and try again.
