Worked with my web host for hours on this last night. The issue is definitely not on their end. What is happening is that when I run one export, the file is created. Then, as soon as I run another, completely different export, the first is wiped out. Every single time. My web host worked with me for a long time on this – two people over two hours. Looked at every log, every setting, and walked with me through the process multiple times, monitoring everything behind the scenes. The issue is with WP All Export. I also sent you a support email. Please help me to get this solved. Thank you.

Don’t see a way to delete it or revise it. I just wanted to say that I really am thankful for this great, free service. We all have bad days and you guys did make it right. You are doing a great job and shouldn’t have an ongoing penalty for one experience that is probably not typical. The plugin is really a good one.

My issue is that the person who was helping me kept telling me should would help me right away, and then never responded. I typically don’t care if someone helps me in a timely fashion except 1) she repeatedly said she would and then never did anything and 2) I had to have Jetpack turned off, which meant certain functionality on my site was down. In the second email, all she really did was explain that the emails bumped me, then she never helped. After she explained your email policy, I got it – no need to explain any further. I did configure my stats right away so that my visits wouldn’t be tracked. The visits that were tracked were when I was visiting from my iPhone, from which I do not login to WordPress, and you don’t have a way for me to exclude that from the searches, as per the person who was helping me. No big deal, what’s done is done.Matthew, I still had to go through several days of trouble for a simple request, that I was told on two different days would happen right away, and didn’t (in the same day even, for either). If you read what I wrote you will see that the actual promised response didn’t happen until days later, when I had to go out of my way to find a non-email way to express that my problem was being ignored (so as not go to the back of the line again). So the response didn’t happen until I posted something publicly. I thought I was doing something nice by affirming that they actually did respond at all, although I still think that the way they handled the situation was bad. I’m sure they are trying hard, but in this situation, I feel the review is accurate to my experience.

I am including that code in my functions.php. I can’t show you the post because it’s on my private Facebook page. It has all the detail for the Product and leaves a blank space for the photos, as if it is there.
When I go to share the image on my page it does look like it will post (the preview image is actually there). But no actual image in the post iteself.
Do you have any examples where this is working? Maybe I could try those urls?
I am curious to see if you are able to post on Facebook from WooCommerce and have it show an image on the Facebook page, not just during the share.
Can I ask you a question – do you have any idea when the new version will be released? I am just wondering because I am thinking I may need to switch to something else because of this issue and the Facebook Share issue… and I know it does take a long time to do this… but if you are on the verge of a new release I would want to know that so I could hold on. Thank you.
This worked when I went to share the image (after the second try with each item – hmm), but when I went to look at it on Facebook, the image wasn’t there.
Thank you. If you do decide to make this new plugin, it would be good if it could support galleries (multiple images for the same product, even if it has no variations) as well as WooCommerce variations. If not the galleries, then definitely the WooCommerce Variations. Right now I can’t use variations at all on my site because of the Amazon regulations concerning not caching images. I for one would pay more for this plugin than for most. If you could get the basic product gallery in there, many people would pay a premium as well. Thanks!
