I’m no expert, but wouldn’t admin_created_user_email in the user.php file be considered core?

Thats where the above message resides. I was just looking for an easy way to modify it.

A LOT of people have not upgraded to WP 5.4…how about patching WP 4.9x versions like 5.1.9?
